The results in memory may be

incorrect. Incorrect results can

cause the wrong therapeutic de-

cision to be taken and so produce

adverse health effects.

Although you performed

a blood glucose test, the

bottle symbol is displayed.

An assignment error has occurred. The

result is correct, but has been saved as

a quality control test.

 Press the S button once so that the

bottle symbol is no longer displayed.

If the meter has already been

switched off, you can no longer

make the correction. You cannot

change results you have retrieved

from memory with the M button.
